About the wine
We have a special, distinctive Negroamaro from 2013 for you, which is loved by many wine connoisseurs. Blooming and sunny landscapes in Puglia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Tormaresca conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Negroamaro with salsiccia or pasta bolognese.

Tasting note
Intense black red. Enthralling notes of cassis and elderberry, wrapped in a touch of dark chocolate and sweet spices. The Negroamaro grape variety is dense, full-bodied and velvety on the palate. The barrique notes are wonderfully integrated into the fruit aromas. The long finale sounds lively and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
A wonderful accompaniment to a rosy roast lamb with bacon beans and rosemary potatoes.
Vinification
Only the best sites planted with the autochthonous Negroamaro grape variety are used for the Azienda's top wine. The mash fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for twelve months in 225 liter French and Hungarian oak barriques and in the bottle for a further twelve months.
