Fertile and blooming landscapes in Puglia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Masseria Tagaro di Lorusso conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this mild Zinfandel 2019 — MasterZIN Old Vines Oak Selection Puglia IGP. Tasting note
Color: Deep ruby red. Aroma: Aromatic complexity with notes of blackberries and plum jam with a subtle hint of vanilla. In addition, delicate notes of pepper and spices. Character: Harmonious on the palate with finely developed tannins and a pleasant-tasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pizza, pasta, roasts.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in INOX tanks. Aging for 6 months in French barriques.
