About the wine
With the fine Maurizio Fuselli Petit Verdot Toscana IGT from 2016, you will positively surprise your guests. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Terre del Marchesato masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Tuscany.
Tasting note
Dark, almost black ruby red, impenetrable. On the nose, the use of wood is very dominant, chocolate, licorice, lots of ripe cassis, light spiciness. Powerful and rich on the palate, has a lot of substance and builds up its large body wide, with lots of chocolate and malt in the middle.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Enjoy this red wine at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2030.
Vinification
18 months in new French barriques.
