About the wine

Winemaker Mariano Garcia deliberately founded his winery in the province of Tudela. Because this allows him to create his very own character wine far away from the production regulations that apply in the D.O. of the Ribera del Duero. And to do this, he relies on unconventional methods, such as shortened maturation times in barrels or the use of fermentation tanks made of concrete, French oak and stainless steel. The result is wines with their very own touch that is convincing.
