About the wine
The Tinedo family winery’s labels are genuine works of art. Hardly surprising, for winemaker Manuel Alvarez-Arena is a fan of contemporary art and an artist when it comes to his wines, which have both backbone and depth.
Tasting note
Ruby red with violet reflections. Flavours of plum, cherry, chocolate and pepper. Strong body and well-balanced acidity. Long-lasting aftertaste

Goes wonderfully with barbecues and pasta.
Vinification
The grapes come from organically managed vineyards owned by the Tinedo family estate, which has been producing wine traditionally for generations. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the grapes. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for several months
