About the wine
What sets Graubünden wines apart from other Eastern Swiss wines is the soil on which they grow, then the altitude. Apart from Badwingert in Fläsch, all lie at over 500 m and rise to 680 m above sea level. It is only thanks to special climatic conditions (average 100 days of hair dryer) that the Pinot Noir grape is almost always able to reach the full maturity that is often envied in the rest of Eastern Switzerland, even at these altitudes.

Tasting note
The scent spectrum of mushrooms and caramel candy skilfully plays with your sense of smell. Afterwards, refreshing nuances of raspberry, cherry and vanilla will resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, medium-bodied and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine presents its impeccable quality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, meat terrines, poultry, roast veal, veal cutlets, young hard and soft cheeses, spaghettini with olive oil, roasted garlic leaves and parmiggiano.
