Tasting note
Bright yellow with a vivid perlage. Delicious bouquet of candied fruit, brioche, almond cream and a touch of caramel. On the palate, wonderful freshness, refinement, purity and harmony.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with appetizers, salads, seafood, asparagus and various starters.
Vinification
Expansion in stainless steel tanks. After the careful production process, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle. The bottles are stored in dark cellars for 24 months.
