Pale pink in color with pearly reflections and spectacularly bright in appearance, enlivened by a crystal-clear, long-lasting perlage. The bouquet of this crisp rosé is fresh, pleasant and fragrant, full of penetrating notes of violet, ginger and wild rose. Extremely delicate on the palate, with a perfect balance between sour and fruity elements.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif whenever you raise the glasses for a toast. It is worth trying this rosé with finger food, raw fish and steamed seafood; it also tolerates grilled poultry.
