About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous landscape aesthetics in Lower Austria, there is no way around this white wine, which the Austrian winery Stagard masters with a keen sense of texture. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this dominant Grüner Veltliner Medusa Natural. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Grüner Veltliner is an excellent accompaniment to an aperitif or freshwater fish.

A Grüner Veltliner #nonvintage — a cuvée from the 2018 and 2019 vintages — hand-picked, spontaneously fermented, unrefined, unfiltered and bottled with minimal addition of sulfur. Cloudy, dry and full of balanced, citrus-like aromas & a dense mineral profile. A joy to drink. A versatile food companion.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Medusa Natural goes well with risotto, freshwater fish and aperitif. Our recommendation: The organic white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2025.
