Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge whitening. Fine cassis notes, underlined with precious wood spice, some amarena cherries, dark minerals, roasted aromas. Complex, elegant, well-integrated acidity, fine tannins, nougat on the finish, black cherries in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes particularly well with dishes with dark meat or game, as well as with dishes with root vegetables.
