This recently completely freshly formed winery focuses on quality wines from its 80 ha of vineyards, mainly in the Côte Chalonnaise, but also in the Côte d'Or. The Chanzy winery building is located just in the center of Bouzeron opposite the Domaine de Villaine and has been renovated to the highest standard. Father and son Marco and Jean-Baptiste Jessiaume have the oenological responsibility. The vineyard works in a nature-sensitive manner (e.g. with the inclusion of the phases of the moon). The Mercurey is the ideal red Pinot classic to be enjoyed by young people.
