About the wine
The gravelly, loamy soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground. The winemaker from the French winery Henri Villamont knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Treat yourself and your guests to the senses with the delicious Mercurey AOC from 2015!

Tasting note
Intense ruby red Fruity, pure and dry. Powerful, generous wine with a good bite.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with entrecote, beef stew, rolled pork shoulder, oven-baked chicken, exotic cuisine, soft cheese.
Vinification
A few words about vinification: The grapes are destemmed and crushed. The grape must then undergo alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (25 to 30° C) in stainless steel tanks, with regular stirring. Fermentation lasts between 4 and 10 days. The subsequent maceration lasts between a few days and a few weeks. The wine is then separated from the skins and seeds and pressed. It is then exposed to the process of biological acid degradation in a stainless steel tank at a temperature of 18 to 20° C. for a few weeks.
