Tasting note
A fresh, light yellow summer wine with a floral bouquet of violets, apples and pears. On the palate, it is very sparkling, very slightly sweet and wonderfully fresh. The intense floral notes are supported by a beautifully rich structure, and the apple and pear aromas are also repeated on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with soft cheeses made from cow's milk.
