A balanced, fruity, rich and sustainable wine, ruby red with slight violet reflections. Its rather strong and complex bouquet shows aromas of stone fruit (cherry, plum, a hint of peach), ripe berries (blackberry, raspberry, currant), clove, vanilla and aspects of dried fruit. Fleshy tannins and a dry start as well as a beautifully harmonious, full and soft structure enchant the palate; in the back aromas, the aromas mentioned are once again beautifully presented, rounded off by notes of smoke and toast and a touch of minerals.
