About the wine
The Valais landscape is hilly and mountainous, whose fascinating expanses don't fit on a postcard, but in a bottle. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Merlot with poultry or duck.
Tasting note
Color: Gorgeous purple. Aroma: Balanced bouquet of stone fruits such as plums and plums as well as berries. The spicy aromas of Primitivo complement the fruity notes of Merlot perfectly. Character: Pleasantly fruity on the palate with soft tannins and a medium-long finish. An elegant cuvée that is delicious and at the same time modern and seductive.
Culinary recommendation
An all-rounder that goes well with pasta, lasagna and risotto as well as grilled meats.
Vinification
Ageing in stainless steel tanks, with partial contact with wood.
