About the wine

When Hannes Reeh took over his parents' business, he first wanted to clean up a lot. The young man didn't like all the “bells and whistles” about wine — he wanted simple, honest wines. They should be like good rock music: unfiltered, but with a sense of tact.

Tasting note
Ripe aromas of dark berries, plum roasters, wild herbs and spices, underlined with a creamy nougat touch. Round on the palate, with fine extract sweetness, well-supporting acidity, fine tobacco wood notes and present tannins.
Culinary recommendation
An ideal accompaniment to dark meat, such as rib-eye from the grill, braised ox cheeks or even a variety of game dishes.
