About the wine

Year after year, the “Message in a Bottle” by music legend Sting inspires us. His Rosso di Toscana IGT is impressive, harmonious and unforgettable... Yes, Sting knows the recipe for big hits!

Tenuta il PalagioRed wine | 75cl13.516°-18°C100% Sangiovese
Tasting note
Dark ruby red, intense aromas of ripe red fruits, cherries and spices. Full-bodied palate with a nice structure, firm but fine tannins and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes perfectly with pasta or pizza.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation at 20°C for seven to eight days in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in French oak for 12 months.
