About the wine
Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Chardonnay 2018 — Meursault AC! The loamy, calcareous soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Chardonnay. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Louis Latour knows how to use them and delights us with this white wine. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Chardonnay with asparagus or poultry.

Tasting note
In the nose, aromas of exotic fruits and vanilla are released. On the palate, these aromas are enhanced by honey notes. A powerful wine with a very nice length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with blue cheese, freshwater fish, saltwater fish, seafood and veal.
Vinification
The average 25-year-old Chardonnay vines are fermented in oak barrels. The wine then goes through malolactic fermentation. They mature for 10 to 12 months in oak barrels, 15% of which is virgin wood.
