Tasting note
Crystal-clear, bright wine with lime green reflections. Exhilarating bouquet with aromas of ripe grapes, bitter almonds, roasted hazelnuts, accompanied by floral notes (hawthorn, elderberry, fern and fragrant verbena), mineral (Silex) and a touch of butter, honey, citrus fruit. Durable, winey with a rich nutty softness. Nice balance of softness and freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with duck liver, veal with white sauce, grilled crawfish, lobster and blue cheese.
