About the wine
There is something left over from Christmas dinner every year. Do you know that? The skewed, loamy soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Chardonnay. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Jacques Prieur knows how to use them and delights us with this white wine. Tasting note
Wonderful golden yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is very fragrant, aromatic, subtle and spicy, with notes of anise, ripe citrus, lemon confit and fresh wood nuances. Dense, delicate and complex on the palate. Finesse finish.
Culinary recommendation
A nice accompaniment to seafood, fish dishes and white meat.
