Dark, intense purple. On the nose, the Minami cuvée is very complex and profound, with aromas of ripe dark fruit, plus balsamic notes and spices. On the palate, it shows its full potential with lots of body, intensity and complexity. The acid present is well incorporated and balanced. The Syrah vines come from the MINAMI vineyard, in the southwest of the winery. The Petit Verdot comes from the La Cueva del Ingles location, to the east of the winery.
