About the wine
Crisp, lively bouquet, light and intense flavor.
Tasting note
Since 2018, Minuty has adorned the limited edition of this cuvée every year with a label designed from the sensory perspective of a different artist. The 2023 edition was designed by Henriette Arcelin, a French illustrator and ceramist. The artist unveils a monochromatic illustration inspired by the hues of the village of Gassin, where the estate is located.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with pistou (Provençal vegetable soup), salads, grilled food, shrimp skewers and apricot tart.
Vinification
Cold pressing and fermentation, no malolactic fermentation Direct pressing, strict purification and fermentation at low temperature.
