About the wine

Rosé who doesn't think of Provence and Château Minuty. Winegrowing has been carried out at the château on the St. Tropez peninsula since the 18th century. In 1936, Gabriel Farnet took over the estate and made Chateau Minuty the rosé of the Côtes de Provence. In 1955, the great efforts were rewarded and Château Minuty was one of only 23 companies classified as Cru Classé of the Côtes des Provence. To this day, the estate has grown to over 80 hectares of vineyards — lucky enough, because that's not just how you hear about the rosé, you can also drink it.
