Tasting note
Color: Intense ruby red with a dense core. Aromatics: Intense compote-like aromas of plums, spruce needles, leather with slightly roasted, spicy notes. Body: The powerful Primitivo di Manduria has a very long start with a good balance between acidity and tannins. The aromas of plums, almonds, licorice, vanilla and roasted notes round off the long aftertaste. Quality: A strong wine that is harmonious all around with its present tannins and aromas.
