About the wine

Tasting note
Ruby red, complex, fruity and spicy bouquet of cherries, pepper, vanilla and cinnamon, very elegant and rich on the palate, good structure, great roasted aromas, chocolate and sweet tobacco remain in the long finish. Great class!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with entrecote, venison, pot roast, barbecues.
Vinification
Aged in new and 1-year-old barriques, separated by type, for 12 months. This is followed by the assemblage and maturation in the bottle for a further 6 months.
