About the wine

Tasting note
Our Molignon is a noble Chasselas with a mineral note and a sustaining elegant acidity. The palate is very balanced and fruity, dry.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetarian dishes, freshwater fish, risotto, raclette, cheese platter, cheese fondue and aperitif.
Vinification
Brilliant color with golden reflections. The sun-kissed harvest is characterized by a lot of volume and a restrained acidity. Alcoholic fermentation and acid degradation in stainless steel tanks.
