Tasting note
Charming and lively fruity bouquet that radiates the warmth of a well-matured wine. The body overwhelms with full fruit, it remains full-bodied and soft, especially due to the intense cocoa taste in the finish.

Goes well with charcuterie, grill, pasta, pizza
Vinification
De-stemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with multiple recirculation. Gentle pressing, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ten percent of the wine matures for twelve months in used French oak barrels.
