Tasting note
The characteristic bouquet of pepper and spices of this pure Sangiovese wine shows a complex aromatic structure and a great deal of finesse. Prominent notes of ripe black berries and figs provide an individual texture. On the palate, it has a strong, smooth structure with rich tannins and a long-lasting aroma.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with meat, grilled or fried beef, beef with dark sauces and veal with dark sauces.
Vinification
100% of all wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.
