Tasting note
Fresh, floral notes notes and notes of red berries, finely underlaid with spicy components and a hint of mint. Pleasantly fresh and fruity with an aromatic body, rose hips, plums and white lilac, kept beautifully dry, softly flowing down to the persistently fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with vegetarian dishes — whether ratatouille, curries, pasta dishes or wok specialities.
Vinification
Everything happens in a noble steel tank. The must remains on the skins for between 12 and 18 hours and is then pressed. 6 months of ageing in steel tanks and 6 months on the bottle. Almost 10,000 bottles are produced annually.
