About the wine
The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Herdade do Esporao has absolutely mastered his craft. Tasting note
Farbe Klares Rubinrot. In der Nase rote Früchte und Waldfrüchte , gut eingehüllt in subtile Noten von frischen Gewürzen. Am Gaumen Intensiv und reich, mit solider Struktur und anhaltendem Ende.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, charcuterie, game and grill.
Vinification
Nach dem Abbeeren der Trauben gärt der Most bei kontrollierter Temperatur in rostfreien Stahltanks, gefolgt von Pressung und malolaktischer Gärung. Kein Holz-Ausbau.
