An elegant champagne made from grapes from over 60-year-old vines and aged in bottles of at least five years. The nose shows inviting aromas of ripe citrus fruits, nectarines and apricots, plus fine notes of wild flowers, wild herbs, some honey and roasted brioche. Elegant on the palate, harmonious with a typical, subtly salty-mineral chalk touch, good draft, freshness and great length.
