Tasting note
Very dark ruby red. Elegant scent of ripe fruit and notes of roasted aromas, dark chocolate, cherries and dark berries. Velvety, fine tannins with well-integrated acidity. Spicy and full-bodied yet pleasantly fresh. The finish is full-bodied with good persistence, power and elegance. Excellent, fruity-chocolatey finish.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with beef, lamb, veal, poultry or smoked meats.
