Tasting note
Medium ruby red, colourtight with delicate rose gold reflections. Slightly closed, classic bouquet, ripe and fruity, blackcurrants, nice spice, balsamic resin note with a charming floral touch. Long start, elegant, medium-bodied, elegant yet very present palate. Delicate, elegant wine is a pleasure.

Goes well with venison medallions in pasta sheets, roast pork in the oven with gratin dauphinois.
