About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous landscape beauty, there is no way around this white wine, which the Austrian winery Erich & Walter Polz masters with a keen sense of texture. You will definitely have a lot of fun with the fine Morillon Steirische Klassik, which was produced in 2015.

Tasting note
Strong yellow-green. Ripe banana, dried fruit and juicy, fresh sponge cake on the nose. Surprisingly dense and fruit-intensive on the palate - a successful example of Styrian Chardonnay.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 3 to 5 years after harvest.
Vinification
Information on vinification: After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Further expansion is also carried out in stainless steel tanks in order to obtain the desired freshness and radiant variety typical of the Styrian Classics line.
