Tasting note
On the straw yellow paint, a white pearl lake forms in the glass. Aromatic, fruity and floral bouquet. A lovely, typical moscato with intense and long-lasting aromas.
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with desserts.
Vinification
Carefully harvested grapes are immediately gently pressed, cooled and filtered. The mousse is the result of natural fermentation in a pressure tank. Bottling is carried out under pressure.
