Bio
Tasting note
White and sweet — a dessert wine par excellence. A straw-yellow color in the glass, which is more or less intense depending on the vintage. Intense, aromatic, very persistent fruit scent. The sweet taste is balanced by the low alcohol content (5.5%) and the acidity, which is never too high.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Der Bio-Schaumwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 7°-9°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Optimal im ersten Jahr. Zu leichten Gerichten und Tapas empfehlen Ihnen die Flaschenpöstler diesen Moscato d'Asti I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano.
