About the wine
This distinctive sparkling wine — Moscato d'Asti Senza Nome DOCG is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The winemaker from the Italian winery Braida / Giacomo Bologna has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this sparkling wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing countryside of Piedmont. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this sparkling wine with tapas or light dishes.
Tasting note
Light straw yellow. Refreshing fresh bouquet with notes of rose petals, muscat grapes and elderflowers. Sparkling on the palate with rich perlage, wonderfully refreshing with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. That is pure joy of life!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with panettone or torta di nocciole (nut cake).
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and the juice is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The fermentation process is not completely completed in order to retain the right amount of residual sugar. The Moscato is placed under pressure on the bottle. This is done in batches so as not to distort the freshness and scent of the aromas. The wine is then aged in the bottle for a few more weeks.
