Sunny landscapes in Vinho Verde give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Anselmo Mendes conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. With the special Muros Melgaço Alvarinho DOC Vinho Verde from 2017, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Strong clear golden yellow. Complex, varietal aromas of the grape variety with subtle quality wood. Palate starts fresh, creamy, well-integrated acidity, very structured, with a good, long finish. Quite mineral with Alvarinho's typical grapefruit notes.

Aperitif grill poultry veal
Vinification
Careful selection of the best south-facing plots. Gentle pressing of all the destemmed grapes. Slight settling of the must. Fermentation in barrels with “batonnage” of all yeast for 6 months.
