About the wine
You will certainly enjoy the delicious Muscat ac Grand Cru Goldert, which was produced in 2010. The winemaker from the French winery Zind-Humbrecht grows this wine in the Alsace countryside.

Tasting note
The wine can seem gloomy, almost severe for a Muscat, but that is in the nature of Goldert. The palate is dominated by acidity and minerality, and the wine takes a few years to fully open.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, Asian cuisine, foie gras, mushrooms, soft cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation is allowed time and the wines are left on the lees for at least 6 months. Bottling takes place between 12 and 24 months after harvesting.
