About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Zind-Humbrecht greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Alsace countryside. This distinctive white wine 2020 — Muscat AC Turckheim is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Muscat with light dishes or tapas.

Tasting note
The wine can look gloomy, almost severe for a Muscat, but that is the nature of the golden age. The palate is dominated by acidity and minerality, and the wine takes a few years to fully open.

Vinification
Fermentation is allowed time and the wines are left on the lees for at least 6 months. Bottling takes place between 12 and 24 months after harvesting.
