Tasting note
Fresh and lively. There are predominantly citrus aromas, but also hints of exoticism. Dry, straight and elegant, with a beautiful freshness and persistence on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes perfectly with aperitifs accompanied by antipasti, tapas and grilled fish. In Italy, this frother is also served with dessert. Panettone or sweet delicacies made from puff pastry are excellent.
Vinification
Hand picking of the grapes. The mash is enriched with sugar and yeasts and fermented in stainless steel tanks, where the wines mature. After filtration, the wine is bottled and corked using state-of-the-art technical equipment.
