About the wine
Give yourself and your guests a treat for the senses with the delicious Naoussa from 2016! The winemaker from the Greek winery Boutari grows this wine in the countryside in Macedonia.
Tasting note
Typical, classic wine from Naoussa. Deep red color with bright shades and an intense personality. It produces a rich bouquet of ripe red fruits, raspberries, sun-dried tomatoes and plums, which coexists with the aromas of cinnamon, pepper, black olives and wood. A rich body, good balance and good structure. In the mouth, it is soft, without bitterness or harsh tannins.

Vinification
Cold soak for 24 hours, “bleed” from the rose depending on the year, controlled alcoholic fermentation with selected yeast strains at 20-27° C, soft maceration with intensive turnovers before the start of fermentation, malolactic fermentation, French oak barrels for 12 months.
