About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Caruso e Minini conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. We have a special, subtle white wine from 2021 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this grillo with an aperitif or rice dishes.

Tasting note
Color: Light straw yellow. Aroma: Delicate bouquet of white flowers, peach, apricot and pear. Balanced - a nice balance between freshness, fruitiness and down-to-earthness. Character: Juicy and fresh on the palate with inviting fruit notes. A typical varietal white wine from Sicily!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meat, fish dishes, crustaceans, spaghetti, all vongole or antipasto.
