A must for connoisseurs, this strong Chardonnay 2015 — Nauer Prestige Menuetto Barrique AOC! The Aargau landscape is hilly, whose fascinating expanses don't fit on a postcard, but in a bottle. With a lot of feeling and experience, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Nauer ensures that his craft inspires and convinces you. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Chardonnay with fish with herbs or asparagus.
Tasting note
On the nose, we find citrus aromas, which are wonderfully accompanied by fine roasted aromas. There is a tension between freshness and aroma pressure. On the palate, this impression continues, with the wine coming across as very elegant and delicate.
Culinary recommendation
Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Nauer Prestige Menuetto Barrique AOC harmoniert bestens mit Spargeln, Fisch mit Kräutern und Geflügel.
Vinification
Chardonnay juice fermentation at 18 degrees. Pinot noir pressed immediately. Half in chrome steel tanks and in new 350 liter barriques. Varieties developed separately. Assembly one month before deduction.
