About the wine

Schola Sarmenti, home to beautiful walls from the nineteenth century, stands vineyards with autochthonous grape varieties with up to 80-year-old vines, which are skilfully and patiently tended. During the harvest, only the best grapes are selected, which were allowed to grow in an environment of respect and love for nature.

Schola SarmentiRed wine | 75cl1516°-18°CThe fine variety of this wine is created by the harmonious combination of Primitivo and Negroamaro.
Tasting note
Intense bouquet with aromas of ripe fruit and subtle chocolate and tobacco notes. On the palate, the Nauna has a fine-grained texture with soft, round tannins and smoky notes. Very balanced with a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for pasta, pizza and risotto.
Vinification
9 months in French barriques.
