With the biting red wine 2016 — Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Bernardina, you can offer your guests something very special. The winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Vinicole Ceretto is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny and picturesque Piedmont countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Nebbiolo with prosciutto or truffle risotto.

Tasting note
Slight purple coloring. Very well-balanced wine with a strong body. The older the better. Just leave the wine in the cellar for a few more years.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with truffle risotto, beef and burrata. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 2012-2018.
Vinification
12-15 months in wooden barrels.
