About the wine
The fertile and picturesque landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Vigneti Luigi Oddero & Figli conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. With the outstanding red wine 2015 — Nebbiolo Langhe DOC, you can offer your family and friends something very special. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Nebbiolo with prosciutto or beef.
Tasting note
Bright garnet red color with an intense floral and fruity scent. On the nose, a delicate, spicy taste reminiscent of fruits and dried rose petals. Well-structured, balanced on the palate, with a long-lasting fruit aroma.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with beef, pizza and truffle risotto.
Vinification
After manual harvesting and strict grape selection, the Nebbiolo Langhe is fermented in a fermentation tank for 7 to 9 days between 25 and 27 °C. The wine then matures for a short time in stainless steel and cement tanks so that the fruit and freshness of the grapes are optimally preserved.
