Tasting note
Extremely dark color. Sophisticated bouquet with fragrant aromas of juniper, blueberries, rosemary, licorice, followed by subtle toast aromas. On the palate, Negre de Negres is juicy, full-bodied, beautifully structured, with good freshness, heavenly melty texture and soft, well-integrated tannins. </p>
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with ribeye steak, red meat and pizza with mushrooms. Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The following period is the ideal phase of enjoyment of this wine: Now until 2017.
