About the wine
We have a special, strong red wine from 2013 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Fertile and blooming landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Feudo Principi di Butera conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Combine this Nero d'Avola with hard cheese or oxtail soup.
Tasting note
Ruby red in the glass. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, dominated by sour cherries, juniper and myrtle. Acidity and minerality are perfectly balanced. The body is slender with a long finish. The red fruits close in outstanding continuity.

Beef, lamb, fondue chinoise
Vinification
Fermentation of the grapes for up to 3 weeks in stainless steel tanks. Aging of the wine for approx. 12 months at 50% in barriques and 50% in larger oak barrels (60 hl)
