Tasting note
The color is a bright ruby red. The pure bouquet contains aromas of prunes and dark berries, among other things. Soft and supple on the palate, with a pleasant fruit sweetness but without losing any freshness. An elegant Nero d'Avola, harmonious finish and finish.

Vinification
The fermentation lasts around 25 days. The wine then matures for 8 months in barriques.
